These programs are designed to keep you in peak physical conditioning and “in the fight” for your entire career. Whether you are getting back in shape, recovering from an injury or looking for ways to maintain peak performance, these programs are conducted in cycles to keep it fresh, prevent injury and promote improvement.
Tactical Athlete Cohort.
(Police, Fire, Military, Civilian)
Whether your are on SWAT, Technical Rescue, Special Operations Teams or a dedicated civilian looking to challenge your ability to thrive and perform under physical & mental stress, this group/team-based program conditions participants to perform in challenging environments when it counts the most. This program is geared toward those with a high fitness level & proficiency in their respective disciplines. For safety, demonstration of basic knowledge, skills & abilities is required on Day 01. A list is provided in the description of each program.
